President and Founder: Kamal Pande
With his expertise in Infrastructure development, Mr. Pande completed his Master's Degree in Transportation Engineering in 1983 from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and his bachelors in Civil Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. He serves as a consultant in ABD in projects related to Infrastructure Planning as a Transport Specialists, World Bank as a procurement policy specialist and many more.
Managing Director: Kanchan Mani Dixit
Mr. Dixit possesses a master’s degree in business administration from Kathmandu University and a bachelor’s in biology from the University of South Alabama, USA. He has over 20 years of research experience in climate change adaptation and resilience building, disaster risk reduction and management, local water management, and urban agriculture. He has successfully managed large-scale and multi-donor projects. His activities included conducting and managing research in areas like climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction and working with media to disseminate research outputs.
Director: Ajaya Dixit
The founding director, Mr. Dixit, possesses an MSc in Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK, and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Orissa, India. He is an Ashoka Fellow who has led different projects on climate change adaptation and resilience building, disaster risk management, energy, food security, and water governance. He directed regional research examining climate change impacts on flood, drought, and food system adaptation in South Asia.
